When will I get my item/s?
Orders will be placed as soon as possible once your payment has been received (unless otherwise specified) and may take up to 21 days to reach you.
How can I pay for my order?
Direct bank transfer is the preferred method of payment, however cash can also be accepted. All item/s must be paid for in full before orders are placed with the supplier.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
All items ordered are delivered to myself first to ensure they are correct and of expected quality. If there are any issues, I will inform you and reach out to the supplier to have the issues corrected.
Can I cancel my order once I have paid?
You are welcome to cancel your order at anytime, however, if your order has already been placed, a refund will only be provided if refunded by the supplier.
What if I miss the sale price?
As sale prices with the supplier can change without warning, full refunds will be provided should you choose to cancel your order due to a price increase.
